• Partner with data engineering teams for data ingestion, storage, search, and delivery methodologies to support security and privacy compliance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to ensure customer success.
• Stay updated with industry trends in security data management and effectively communicate their relevance to customers.
• Provide ongoing operational support of production dashboards to ensure high availability and data integrity.
• Collaborate closely with various teams to influence the roadmap and customer engagements.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity, data storage, or related fields.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to develop rapport across technical and non-technical teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in data storage (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and visualization solutions (e.g., Tableau).
• General understanding of data privacy policies and compliance with data protection regulations.

• Experience building dynamic Tableau dashboards utilizing advanced features.
• Strong passion for learning and teaching others.
• Knowledge of the security ecosystem, including IDP, EDR, SIEM, and other relevant technologies.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Previous experience in a SaaS or subscription-based environment.
