Launching and leading the Service Now practice
Running P&L, driving productivity and improving utilization
Understanding client needs:
Analyze business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes to recommend suitable Service Now solutionsSolution design:
Craft technical blueprints for Service Now implementations, considering existing infrastructure, scalability, and integrationsEstimating "quoting:
Prepare proposals with detailed cost estimates and implementation timelinesGuiding technical teams throughout the implementation process, suggesting improvements for efficiency and scalability
Staying updated:
Continuously learn about new Service Now features, best practices, and industry trendsParticipating in sales pitches and presentations
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, product vendors and partners
Developing internal best practices and a center of excellence
11+ years of experience with Service Now and 10 years of combined experience in IT Management/Leadership
P&L ownership
Passionate Servant Leader and employee advocate with a strong Service Now expertise
Strategic thinker with a comprehensive vision of the Service Now platform and delivery in alignment with organizational goals; sound ability to understand & translate highly technical information into straightforward concepts
Strong cross-functional capabilities that drive reciprocating value between delivery teams and enterprise stakeholders
Vast technical acumen spanning data center operations, service design, service delivery and continuous improvement, enterprise monitoring, database architecture/administration, and application development
Rich consultative, architecture, and development experience in consultative roles

This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.
This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations.
Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $220,000 - $275,000. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
