We are seeking a Head of Legal Operations for a full-time hybrid role based in Menlo Park, CA, with some remote work flexibility. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing legal operations, implementing efficient legal processes, and managing legal technology tools. This role will also involve budget and vendor management for the legal department as well as organizing resources to support corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory needs.

As a leader in the legal team, you will collaborate across internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Expertise in Legal Operations, including process development, implementation, and use of technology to enhance workflows
• Strong experience with Budget Management, Vendor Oversight, and Contract Management
• Proficiency in Corporate Governance, Compliance, and Regulatory frameworks
• Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree is required; JD or advanced degree in law, business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in biotech, healthcare, or a technology-driven organization is a plus
