- Administer, maintain, and enhance engagement content across multiple marketing and enrollment channels
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to design and optimize student communication flows
- Analyze student experience across various channels and make recommendations for optimization
- Develop and utilize reporting systems for key performance indicators to track departmental goals
- Communicate technical requirements and solutions effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, computer science, or relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience working within Salesforce ecosystem platforms, including CRM and Live Agent
- 3-5 years of experience managing content for upper-funnel engagement strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed analysis and provide insights
- Experience in stakeholder management and building partnerships across multiple teams
- Experience creating User Interface / User Experience designs for web and mobile
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Apex, JavaScript, and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
- Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise
- Background in higher education preferred
- UAT/Regression testing experience
