• Build and maintain dashboards for campaign, channel, and ROI performance
• Validate marketing data for accuracy, eliminating duplicates and errors
• Deliver campaign performance readouts in clear, digestible formats
• Partner with channel managers to design experiments and define success metrics
• Analyze and report on validated tests, highlighting learnings for future campaigns

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting
• Proven experience building dashboards and campaign reporting frameworks
• Strong data validation and quality assurance skills
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• Familiarity with attribution modeling and test/learn frameworks

• Collaborative mindset with experience working across Operations, Paid Media, and Demand Generation teams
• Demonstrated ability to think big picture and drive continuous improvement
