Data Analyst
Location: Remote (US-Based)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a data-driven specialist to lead our experimentation framework. In this role, you won't just run tests; you will design the roadmap that defines our product’s growth. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure every change we make is backed by statistical rigor and meaningful insights.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Execute: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of A/B and multivariate tests, from hypothesis generation to power analysis and post-test breakdown.
Statistical Integrity: Ensure experimentation best practices (sample size, significance levels, and bucketing) are maintained to avoid bias.
Tooling: Manage and optimize our experimentation platform (e.g., Optimizely, Launch Darkly, or internal tools).
Insights: Translate complex data sets into actionable narratives for executive stakeholders.
Experience: 4+ years in data science, growth engineering, or product analytics with a heavy focus on experimentation.
Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and Python/R. Deep understanding of frequentist and Bayesian statistics.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, CS, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
Communication: Ability to explain "p-values" to non-technical partners without losing the "why."
Salary Range: $140,000 – $180,000 USD per year. (
