What You’ll Do
Our clients rely on DOM to help them meet digital marketing goals such as increasing leads or driving eCommerce sales. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing SEO and GEO initiatives aligned to strategic direction and client priorities.
Day-to-day work includes:
- Implementing and optimizing on-page SEO elements including page titles, meta descriptions, headers, keywords, and internal linking.
- Conducting keyword research and supporting SEO/GEO strategy development.
- Executing link-building initiatives, including internal linking and digital outreach using web-based tools, social platforms, and email.
- Drafting and implementing schema markup to support search visibility and AI-driven search experiences.
- Compiling technical SEO audits and implementing basic technical fixes (crawlability, indexing, site health).
- Optimizing and managing local listings such as Google Business Profiles (GBP).
- Executing and managing local citation campaigns.
- Monitoring SEO/GEO performance metrics and flagging execution-level trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Explaining SEO/GEO execution work, timelines, and implementation progress clearly to internal teams.
- Completing quality assurance (QA) checks on your work and the work of others to maintain high standards.
- Following internal procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accountability in campaign execution.
- Self-managing tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities while consistently meeting quality expectations.
- Staying current with SEO and AI marketing best practices, emerging tools, platform updates, and industry trends to improve campaign performance continuously.

RequirementsHere’s what we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience executing SEO (PPC experience is a bonus) campaigns, preferably in an agency or larger marketing team.
- Advanced SEO knowledge across technical, on-page, and local SEO for multiple industries and site types.
- Strong technical SEO execution skills (indexing, crawlability, site health, on-page optimization, local SEO/GEO).
- Experience executing SEO/GEO work aligned to strategist direction.
- Ability to explain execution details, timelines, and progress clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Experience collaborating with Strategists, Content, Development, and Analytics teams.
- High accountability for task management, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience. - Experience:
3+ years of SEO experience (PPC experience a plus). - CMS:
Word Press, Hub Spot, Shopify. - Coding:
Working knowledge of HTML. - Analytics & Tools:
Advanced experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, and/or similar platforms. - Software:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word or Google Docs and AI automation tools. - Technical
Skills:
Outstanding computer skills and strong familiarity with web-based systems and platforms. - A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in marketing.
