Remote Technical Engagement Specialist

• Serve as the primary point of contact for elevated technical issues with residential and commercial clients
• Handle direct inbound calls from residential, business, and hospitality customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 issues, escalating when necessary, to meet client expectations
• Review scheduled trouble tickets for potential remote resolution and perform follow-up testing
• Provide recommendations on services and assist customers with technical support via phone, chat, and email

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, and technical support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to speak clearly using grammatically correct English (additional language skills a plus)

• Experience in a technical support role within the telecommunications industry
• Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with necessary technology
