Business Analyst ( remote from Poland

We're hiring a Business Analyst (remote from Poland) at ITMAGINATION, join our team of 400+ developers, analysts and testers! We are looking for a team player to fill the Business Analyst position in a dynamic international project for a customer from the gaming industry.

• Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst in IT projects
  , preferably in complex, multi-component environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and requirements management best practices.
• Ability to work with system architecture diagrams, APIs, and integration concepts (no coding required).
• Excellent English (minimum C1) and Polish
  ; strong writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Nice to have:

• Experience in gaming/gambling industry, banking, or financial transaction systems.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io).
• Knowledge of functional specifications, user story mapping, and UAT coordination.

• Remote work from Poland with occasional visits to the client’s office in Warsaw.
