What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Lead and manage custom Salesforce development projects, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and SFDC Experience Cloud.
- Develop and maintain custom applications on the platform using Apex and Visualforce.
- Oversee API integrations and data migration processes between Salesforce and third-party solutions.
- Communicate project status effectively to IT leaders and business users.
- 8-10 years of experience in custom Salesforce development, including Apex, Aura, and LWC.
- Proven experience in 2-3 full lifecycle Salesforce implementation projects as a Technical Architect.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and SFDC Experience Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Dev Ops practices and CI/CD processes using tools like Copado or Git.
- Proficiency in building web services using SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON.
- Experience with middleware platforms such as Mulesoft for API integrations.
- Familiarity with Lightning framework for developing custom components on SFDC Community pages.
