Business System Analyst

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and related clinical applications
• Provide technical support and guidance to ensure system integrity and performance
• Implement system changes and enhancements, including workflow adjustments and service code updates
• Manage and resolve HCHB/Pointcare incidents and service requests, escalating issues to vendors as needed
• Conduct training and education sessions on HCHB functionality for clinical staff

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Home Health industry
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience supporting/implementing the Home Care Homebase EMR system
• Understanding of Home Health regulations and operational workflows
• Proven ability to lead/manage projects and complete tasks within established timelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical concepts

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Demonstrated critical thinking and sound judgment in assessing risks related to system changes
• Experience in fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams and external vendors
