• Coordinate and facilitate project management conference calls with clients and internal teams to ensure projects remain on schedule
• Review and interpret order details and pre-sales documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Manage installation and withdrawal activities through call scheduling and resource assignment
• Maintain multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are on schedule and within budget
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address risks throughout the project lifecycle

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing deployments or similar project coordination responsibilities
• Strong proficiency with shipping products and project management tools (e.g., PSA, SAP, , Service Max)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Office, and web-based tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across teams

• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
