• Design and manage a modular data layer architecture for scalable data processing
• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines for real-time and batch processing of mission-relevant data
• Implement metadata management solutions to improve lineage tracking and governance alignment
• Manage data access enforcement mechanisms consistent with cybersecurity mandates
• Collaborate with teams to ensure integration with Esri and third-party analytic services

• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Science, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in Dev Ops engineering
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing data governance frameworks
• Expertise with Esri geospatial data layers, ArcGIS Enterprise, and cloud-based geospatial services
• Strong understanding of databases, cloud storage solutions, and Kubernetes-hosted applications
• Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks

• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or similar certifications
• Portuguese or Spanish language skills
• Experience with government IT programs and environments
