• Lead and manage end-to-end strategic projects aimed at optimizing programs across various clinical areas
• Design and execute comprehensive, data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and quality of care
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior management
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, identifying their strategic needs
• Develop robust impact models for proposed strategies and monitor the effectiveness of implemented initiatives

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable strategies
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the employer
• Exceptional strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, or Public Health
