• 7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or related data‑driven marketing roles
• Experience managing and developing operational or technical talent
• Proven expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign quality assurance
• Hands‑on experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance processes
• Strong attention to detail with a reputation for data accuracy and operational rigor

• Collaborative leader who can partner across marketing, analytics, and technology teams
• Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and is open to new ideas and driving transformation
