Solution Architect with French - REMOTE

In this role, you will be integral to supporting large and complex service opportunities across diverse markets. Your efforts will help forge strong relationships with clients while delivering tailored solutions, ensuring that their specific business and technical needs are met.

You will lead teams and coordinate resources to meet ambitious goals, enhancing the overall service offering and customer satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to influence the growth of our service portfolio while working in a dynamic remote environment.
Accountabilities

Create awareness of Managed Print/Device Services offerings.
Assess customer's business and technical needs and challenges related to their printing environment.
Develop Services & Solutions scope and design using portfolio components and validate delivery requirements.
Architect end-to-end solutions that meet customers' business and technical requirements while remaining price competitive.
Document deal assumptions, costing, pricing, risk plans, proposals, and customer presentations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure execution of Solutions initiatives.
Ensure Sales team meets Turn-around-Time and win rate targets.
Advance opportunities using consultative selling techniques and build customer loyalty.

Requirements

Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field.
Typically 5+ years of experience in technical or consultative selling.
Experience in a virtual team environment.
Fluent in English and French.
Excellent communication and soft skills with the ability to present and articulate value propositions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects.
Understanding of product and service portfolios and internal processes.
