About the role

We are looking for a functional solution architect to engage in the lifecycle of our projects, starting from presales activities following into the project implementation and finally go-live!

Our new functional solution architect must have deep knowledge and insight in Microsoft Dynamics 365FO and have multiple implementations on the resume. And must be able to manage multiple smaller implementation projects or very large individual implementation projects.

What you will be responsible for
  • Actively participate and drive presales activities, and in collaboration with other stakeholders provide estimates and high-level plans for our projects.

  • Being the ambassador for our methodology and ensure that our projects always are implemented accordingly and ensure that our customers is introduced to same during the implementation projects.

  • On implementation projects you will be responsible for:

    • Supporting the project team members during the implementation projects, i.e., validating solution approaches, delivering solution designs, strategies etc.

    • The entire solution lifecycle, from the initial analysis and design to the implementation and testing.

    • Work closely with the business analysts, project managers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solution meets the functional and non‑functional requirements, and that architectural principles and guidelines are followed.

    • Coordinate and communicate with other architects, such as enterprise, domain, or technical architects, to ensure that the solution is consistent and compatible with the overall architecture vision and strategy.

Requirements
  • Deep domain knowledge within Dynamics 365FO Finance
  • Experience in providing guidance to implementation team on Integration strategy, Data migration strategy and security strategy
  • Experience in working with Common Data Services (Duel Write) for integration with Dynamics 365 for Sales
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies:
    Azure Could Platform, Power

    BI, Dev Ops and RSAT
  • Hands‑On experience with Dynamics 365FO ERP implementations
  • Strong problem‑solving skills
  • Have great communications and inter‑personal skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to manage large accounts.
  • Possess exceptional relationship‑building skills
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and investigate complex problems.
  • Experience with working on many different tasks in parallel with the ability to keep a high level of quality in work and a positive mindset.
  • Experience of working independently and taking responsibility for the customers and issues raised.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment with colleagues from around the world.
  • By nature, a curious person that likes to work in a fast‑paced environment and with the possibility to build new skills and apply them in everyday work with the benefit for you and the team around you.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones primarily within Europe.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
