• Maintain and support content in SharePoint and assist in project management tasks
• Plan and coordinate internal meetings, including event logistics and attendee communication
• Schedule and manage national virtual meetings via Zoom
• Provide administrative support to the Cyber Risk Practice teams, ensuring smooth operations
• Track deliverables and timelines for ongoing projects and initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
• Strong skills in Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Power Point
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and maintain a commitment to client satisfaction

• Experience using Smartsheet for collaboration and project management
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for content and presentation design
• Basic knowledge of cyber insurance concepts
