• Provide advanced technical support for Symantec and Broadcom Endpoint Security products via phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to security deployments and customer infrastructure
• Manage incidents and changes according to ITIL-aligned ticket management procedures
• Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to improve product supportability and resolve escalated issues
• Mentor and coach L1 engineers on troubleshooting methods and best practices

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Symantec/Broadcom or equivalent technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience
• Experience troubleshooting endpoint and endpoint management platforms, as well as Windows and macOS operating systems
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to remain customer‑focused under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• ITIL Foundation certification
• Broadcom / Symantec certifications
• Additional certifications such as Security+ / CISSP or CCNA / CCNP
• Experience with malware analysis and threat detection workflows
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and SIEM platforms
