IT Support (Tier III) / System Admin Specialist (Contract to Hire / Mostly Remote)

$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Location:

Alpharetta, GA. Remote offices: 30 remote offices with growing organization.

Contract to Hire. For the first 30 days you must work in‑office every day. After 30 siihen, you will work in‑office 2 times per month for team meetings.

Eligible for Visionaire Partners benefits package during the contract and end‑client's benefits package upon conversion to permanent employment.

• Act as final escalation point for Tier 1/2 Specialists
• Perform advanced technical support and system admin functions, resolving difficult open issues to a resolved status
• Assist with application, OS, and networking‑related issues
• Help advance automation of OS patching, configuration of machines via imaging, and push for automation where appropriate

• 7+ years of IT/Technical Support experience
• 3+ years Tier III Support experience
• 2+ years of System Admin experience
• Mac Administration & Support experience
• Mobile Device Management experience (laptops/Macs, not phones)
• Powershell Scripting experience
• OS Patching experience
• Imaging experience
• Network Troubleshooting skills (firewall, routing, switching, storage, backup, recovery)
• Wireless Networking troubleshooting skills
• Endpoint management experience (VMWare, Workspace One, Airwatch)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team

W2 only; no 3rd parties, Visa sponsorship, or C2C.
