Technical Support Engineer

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), or other technical fields
• 3-5 years of experience in support, engineering, or other technical roles
• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong familiarity with CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly

• Experience with industrial systems, electronics, or IoT devices
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, including tools like Graph
  
  QL or Databricks
• Experience troubleshooting APIs
• Additional languages such as German or Dutch are a plus
