• Provide advanced technical support for Symantec and Broadcom Endpoint Security products via phone, email, and virtual collaboration
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to security platforms and infrastructure
• Manage incidents and changes in accordance with ITIL-aligned ticket management procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to drive resolution and improve security posture
• Mentor and coach junior engineers on troubleshooting methods and best practices

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Symantec/Broadcom or equivalent technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting experience with endpoint and endpoint management platforms
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Broadcom / Symantec certifications strongly preferred
• Additional certifications such as Security+ or CISSP
• Experience with networking technologies and protocols
• Familiarity with malware analysis and threat detection workflows
• Proven ability to remain professional and customer-focused under pressure
