BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an SAP BRIM Technical Training Specialist to work in the Middletown, PA area. This is a full time position with at least 2 days on-site and possibly 3 days remote.

The Technical Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and related systems (e.g., SAP S/4

HANA, Subscription Order Management, Convergent Invoicing). This role ensures that end-users, support teams, and business stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize SAP BRIM solutions. The specialist collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs), project teams, and business units to create training materials, conduct workshops, and maintain documentation aligned with best practices and compliance standards.

• Design and deliver training programs for SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI) and related SAP S/4
  
  HANA functionalities.
• Develop user-friendly training materials, including manuals, job aids, and e-learning content.
• Conduct workshops and hands-on sessions for end-users, support teams, and junior staff.
• Create structured learning paths for different user roles (finance, billing, operations).Document training processes, lessons learned, and best practices in accordance with organizational templates.
• Maintain version-controlled training materials to reflect system updates and enhancements.
• Work closely with SAP BRIM SMEs, functional consultants, and project teams to ensure training content aligns with system configurations and business processes.
• Ensure training programs adhere to PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2 compliance standards and organizational security protocols.
• Validate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.
• Provide post-training support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
• Update training programs based on feedback, system enhancements, and evolving business requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical training or instructional design for enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI) and SAP S/4
  
  HANA environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Hands-on experience with SAP BRIM configuration or functional processes.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and integration with CRM/payment systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Microsoft ADO or JIRA.
• SAP BRIM certifications (BR235/240/245/416) highly desirable.
