• Provide advanced technical support for Symantec and Broadcom Endpoint Security products
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise customer environments
• Manage incidents and changes in accordance with ITIL-aligned procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve overall security posture
• Participate in on-call rotations and represent the employer at technical events

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Symantec/Broadcom or equivalent technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience
• Experience with endpoint and endpoint management platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and macOS operating systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• ITIL Foundation certification
• Broadcom/Symantec certifications
• Additional certifications such as Security+/CISSP or CCNA/CCNP
• Experience with networking technologies and protocols
• Familiarity with malware analysis and threat detection workflows
