This is a contract-based Oracle Help Desk Corr HR Workforce Management position. The role is hybrid and located in Boston, MA, allowing a combination of on‑site and remote work. The professional in this role will contribute to supporting Oracle HR applications, providing consulting services, and assisting with the integration of Oracle workforce management solutions. The individual will also work collaboratively to improve business processes and address client inquiries and technical challenges effectively.

• Strong expertise in Business Process improvement and Consulting
• Proficient knowledge of Oracle HR and Oracle Applications
• Experience with integration of systems and solutions
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on‑site and remote tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in workforce management systems is a plus
