• Collect, compile, and format large datasets from diverse social media platforms, ensuring data integrity and adherence to governance protocols
• Develop comprehensive documentation to support data analysis, extracting actionable insights that deliver value to clients
• Craft compelling reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights while reflecting the employer's brand image
• Participate in quality control initiatives and contribute to workflow optimization efforts
• Support revenue growth initiatives through ad-hoc requests that enhance the Insights department’s strategic goals

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media analytics, with a strong track record in utilizing social listening tools
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard social media analytics and listening tools such as Brandwatch and Talkwalker
• Proven ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to established quality standards

• Experience with quality assurance in social media analytics
• Ability to create visually appealing presentations and reports; graphic design experience is a plus
• Fluency in additional languages is considered an asset
