• Serve as the primary Payroll Specialist for Managed Payroll and Payroll Administrative customers, providing end-to-end payroll processing support
• Manage and respond to daily customer cases to ensure service level agreements and high satisfaction levels are met
• Lead scheduled client calls and participate in new client transitions
• Troubleshoot quarter and year-end audit reports, providing recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with peers and customer teams to resolve requests and enhance service delivery

• Associate's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, including end-to-end processing and troubleshooting
• At least 3 years of customer experience with proven skills at a similar level
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes and compliance, with experience in multi-jurisdiction tax and payroll year-end processes

• Experience in an outsourcing environment, particularly in payroll or tax services
• Familiarity with Workday and Salesforce programs
