• Provide advanced technical support for Symantec and Broadcom Endpoint Security products
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using various tools and methods
• Manage incidents and changes in accordance with ITIL-aligned procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve security posture and resolve escalations
• Mentor and coach L1 engineers on troubleshooting methods and processes

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Symantec/Broadcom or equivalent technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience
• Experience troubleshooting endpoint management platforms and operating systems
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• ITIL Foundation certification
• Broadcom/Symantec certifications
• Additional certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP
• Experience with packet analysis tools like Wireshark
• Familiarity with malware analysis and threat detection workflows
