• Provide advanced technical support for Symantec and Broadcom Endpoint Security products through various communication channels
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely restoration of secure system operations
• Manage incidents and changes in accordance with ITIL-al ticket management procedures
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive resolution and improve security posture
• Contribute to knowledge bases and participate in agile activities, including technical training for junior engineers

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Symantec/Broadcom or equivalent technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with various operating systems and networking technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

• ITIL Foundation certification
• Broadcom / Symantec certifications
• Additional certifications such as Security+ / CISSP or CCNA / CCNP
• Experience with Endpoint Protection, EDR, and XDR concepts
• Familiarity with malware analysis and threat detection workflows
