• Drive 2្យ-3 огром george projects in the active stage from start to finish and deliver value to our customers
• Define project requirements and deliverables, plan and manage their execution, monitoring and adjustments
• Interpret business requirements to the technical team and vice versa; estimate development efforts
• Participate in customer calls and provide project updates
• Organise and keep up-to-date project boards; document tasks, timelines, user stories and detailed acceptance criteria
• Coordinate development teams including QA and designers
• Test the system before releases
• Take full responsibility and ownership for project delivery; monitor progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively address them
• Help onboard newcomers and mentor junior__': PMs

• 4+ years of managing software development projects (Web and Mobile, AI/ML a plus)
• IT background with technical understanding of web and mobile application development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customers and project teams

• Experience managing projects in Agile and Waterfall environments
• Knowledge of business analysis and process description, including use cases, user stories, visual thinking/drawing
• Experience managing distributed teams
• Manual testing experience
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic environment
• Attention to detail
• Upper‑Intermediate level of English or higher
