This contract supports a global Fin Tech leader, where you’ll design training that empowers customer support agents and experts to confidently navigate cutting-edge financial tools. If you love blending technical problem-solving, AI workflows, product simulations, and fast-paced creativity, this is the perfect mission for you.

You’re not here to make boring corporate courses. You’re here to build engaging, smart, technically sharp learning experiences that feel more like short-form content than traditional eLearning but with the rigor needed to support a complex Fin Tech ecosystem.

You’ll design modular learning paths, build interactive simulations, and create AI-enhanced scenarios that help agents master real-world workflows. Bonus: you get to use internal innovation tools that generate JavaScript for open-response evaluations. This is a deeply hands-on production role. You’ll dive into complex Storyline files, reverse-engineer logic, and build new interactions that bring training to life.

🏗 Build Technical Learning That Makes the Complex Simple

• Design end-to-end learning journeys for advanced financial tools.
• Break down complex processes into clean, intuitive, agent-friendly training.
• Create learning that’s logic-driven, scenario-based, and truly practice first.

🎨 Build Next-Level Simulations & Interactions

• Develop immersive simulations using advanced Storyline.
• Work confidently with layers, triggers, conditions, xAPI, and JavaScript.
• Take existing Storyline files and upgrade, extend, or re-engineer them.

🤖 Use AI as a Production Accelerator

• Use AI tools (Gemini) to generate scripts, scenarios, prompts, storyboards, assessments.
• Iterate prompts to refine outputs.
• Use internal AI tools to generate JavaScript evaluation logic.

🌎 Collaborate Like a Product Team, Not a Traditional L&D Team

• Partner with SMEs, Product, Engineering, and Technical Leaders.
• Perform content audits and identify reuse opportunities.
• Align training with product launches, customer insights, and new workflows.

⚡ Own Your Projects With Confidence

• Manage your own deadlines.
• Adapt quickly, work independently, and thrive in ambiguity.
• Deliver polished work fast without needing layers of approval.

• 7+ years of Instructional Design experience.
• Advanced Storyline expertise (conditions, triggers, layers, xAPI, JavaScript).
• Experience with technical, software, or SaaS training.
• Strong content writing + scenario/walkthrough creation.
• Comfortable using AI in daily workflow.
• Ability to jump in, figure things out, and self-solve.

• Call center or customer support training experience.
