Danfoss Climate Solutions (DCS) is hiring three Regional Portfolio Manager for Data Centers. This strategic role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and managing data center offerings in the form of products, systems, and services. This role involves identifying and aligning portfolio needs with the overall business strategy and influencing resource allocation to ensure we move fast. They have a deep understanding of the market to identify risks and opportunities, and drive innovation to expand Danfoss’ portfolio within the data center space.

Supported by Global Solutions Experts, Systems Engineers, and Simulation Experts, this function works in close collaboration with the Data Center Sales team together with customers and end‑users to identify opportunities and gaps in our end‑to‑end solution approach. Data Center System related on‑site support of sales and direct involvement with innovation leaders in the DC Vertical secure a pragmatic, customer oriented “Get it done” mindset.

All regional positions report directly to the Head of Data Center Solutions in Danfoss Climate Solutions, Solutions & Technology.

• Portfolio Optimization: Analyzing the portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth, consolidation, or divestment, and making recommendations to maximize value. Close cooperation with our regional sales teams to get a single Danfoss approach towards the Data Center market.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire lifecycle of data center products, from ideation to retirement, including new product development, enhancements, and end‑of‑life planning with related product managers in our Business Units.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensuring the data center system & product portfolio aligns with the company’s overall business strategy and goalsాణ.
• Resource Allocation: Supporting indirectly across the portfolio to ensure optimal allocation and efficient execution via the matrix organization within Danfoss Climate Solutions.
• Risk Management: Identifying and recommending mitigation of portfolio risks such as market shifts or regulatory changes.
• Performance Analysis: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health and performance of the portfolio, чиқ identifying areas for improvement.
• Innovation and Market Analysis: Staying abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and customers’ needs to identify application and system driven opportunities for innovation and growth.

• Business Acumen: Understanding of business strategy, financial ecosystems in a company, and market dynamics.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for the data center portfolio in cooperation with other regional managers following the lead of the Head of Data Center Solutions.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of data center cooling and other infrastructure, including hardware, software, services and IT infrastructure to allow an end‑to‑end portfolio view. Willingness to continue learning to improve application and market knowledge.
