Smart Contract Developer - Institutional DeFi Protocol
Location: Remote - US only (preference for onsite/hybrid in LA)
Compensation: $160K - $180K

. Our first product is an institutional‑grade smart contract protocol that facilitates interoperability and liquidity across tokenized financial assets and stable coins. We are seeking a Smart Contract Developer to join our core engineering team and build the foundational infrastructure that bridges traditional finance (Trad Fi) and decentralized finance (DeFi).
This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role where you will design, develop, and deploy highly secure, robust smart contracts for our core protocol. You will architect on‑chain logic, optimize gas efficiency, and ensure best‑in‑class security practices to enable institutional‑grade DeFi operations. You will work within a small, senior team, collaborating closely with security auditors,Sell, fproduct, and business stakeholders.
