At TVH, we believe knowledge is power – and as a Technical Trainer, you’ll play a key role in sharing it. Together with your colleagues, you’ll design, prepare, and deliver high-quality technical training for both internal and external customers.## Your Role & Responsibilities
* In your first months, you’ll be fully immersed in our existing training programs, giving you time to deepen your technical expertise and strengthen your teaching skills.
* Gradually, you’ll take ownership of specific training courses – from technical content development and preparation to delivering sessions with impact.
* You’ll conduct training either in our brand-new Training Center or directly at customer sites.
* You combine your solid technical knowledge with a passion for learning, making sure our trainings are accurate, practical, and engaging.## Your Profile
* A bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferably electromechanics), or equivalent proven technical experience – this is essential.
* Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electricity, or mechanics is a major advantage.
* You have a genuine passion for technology and the drive to continuously expand your technical expertise.
* Strong communication skills: you can translate complex technical topics into clear, interactive presentations, both face-to-face and online.
* Didactic mindset: classroom or online teaching experience is an advantage, but not essential.

* Languages:

excellent command of Dutch, English, and French; additional languages are a plus.
* Organized, able to work independently, and flexible in planning.
* Willing to travel regularly within Belgium – and in time, across Europe.##
