What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide advanced technical support for Symantec and Broadcom Endpoint Security products
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise customer environments
  • Manage incidents and changes in accordance with ITIL-aligned ticket management procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to drive issue resolution and improve security posture
  • Mentor and coach L1 engineers on troubleshooting methods and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Symantec/Broadcom or equivalent technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience
  • Experience troubleshooting endpoint management platforms and operating systems (Windows and macOS)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Broadcom/Symantec certifications
  • Additional certifications such as Security+ or CISSP
  • Experience with networking technologies and protocols
  • Familiarity with malware analysis and threat detection workflows
