What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide advanced technical support for Symantec and Broadcom Endpoint Security products via phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using various diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Manage incidents, problems, and changes in alignment with ITIL best practices
  • Collaborate with customers, onsite technicians, and engineering teams to drive issue resolution and improve security posture
  • Mentor and coach L1 engineers on troubleshooting methods and process adherence
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Symantec/Broadcom or equivalent technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in endpoint management platforms, Windows, macOS, and networking technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Broadcom / Symantec certifications
  • Additional certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP
  • Experience with malware analysis and threat detection workflows
  • Familiarity with packet analysis tools like Wireshark
