• Lead and manage cross-functional projects within IT Operations, Information Security, and Technical Support areas
• Manage execution of key technology projects involving infrastructure changes and physical site builds
• Track multiple work streams across departments, ensuring timely project progress and communication
• Develop relationships with leaders to facilitate decision‑making and project success
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes

• Extensive experience managing large-scale IT projects, especially in Cyber Security and IT Operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast‑paced environments with competing priorities
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience with at least 7 years leading IT Operations and Information Security projects
• High School degree or GED required; PMP, CISSP, or similar certification required

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with Azure, Meraki, and security firewalls
• Familiarity with Planview Adaptive Work and advanced project management platforms
• Experience in organizations with over 500 employees
• Love of animals and interest in animal welfare mission
