• Assist with process improvements by refining workflows and collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Review and audit client onboarding materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
• Deliver training and updates on tools and policy changes to the implementation team
• Investigate service issues and propose solutions for resolution
• Partner with cross-functional teams on requirements gathering and testing

• Bachelor realização in a related field
• 4 or more years of job-related experience
• Strong knowledge of employer-sponsored insurance products and client implementations
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
• Proven ability to influence and guide internal and external stakeholders

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Life, Absence, and Disability products
• Experience with executive-level reporting and escalation
