Crowd Strike is seeking a Customer Value Manager to join our Worldwide Sales and Operations Organization and help drive the success of our Customer Value Management Office (CVMO). The CVMO is key to Crowd Strike's overall strategy of Delighting Our Customers.
Comprised of Customer Value Managers, the CVMO partners work with Prospects and Customers to deliver a guided path to verified outcomes rooted in their organizational priorities. CVMs play an integral role with the account team to lead strategic Value Proposal discussions, Executive Business Reviews (EQBRs) and coordinated Partnership Success Reviews (PSRs). These conversations ensure customers have a robust plan governing goal achievement as a Crowd Strike Customer, and a long-term, strategic plan for cyber security maturity and growth.
CVMs will focus on giving key presentations to customers everywhere. They will highlight the benefits to customers and help them navigate their experience with Crowd Strike. This includes explaining our adjustable licensing model. The aim is to ensure customers fully benefit from their investment in Crowd Strike and minimize financial risks in their companies.
This is a fully remote position with up to 25% travel required. You will be aligned to enterprise accounts in the Public Sector. We are seeking talent in the PST and MST time zone in North America.
What You’ll Do- Support Field Sales in New Business Acquisition, Account Retention, and ARR Retention & Growth. Augment Field Sales with Flex Value Proposals, Business Value Assessments, Executive Business Reviews and Partnership Success Reviews, including Value Realized Analyses.
- Support Customers in driving towards outcomes as defined by Customer. Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Customer’s goals, objectives, and pain points to appropriately map Crowd Strike capabilities and outcomes to their needs.
- Collaborate with Customer and account team to create and evolve customer value roadmap pre- and post-sale.
- Communicate and promote transparency across ENTIRE account team (AE, SE, TAM, Specialist, Marketing) for better coordinated messaging to Customers.
- Connect all Customer data sources and uplevel documented insights to share in Value Proposals, Executive Business Reviews and Partnership Success Reviews (PSRs).
- Partner with entire account to provide sales management secondary view of risk in accounts through completion of Heatmap of Risk Indicators.
- Identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work with the account team to build a risk mitigation plan.
- Deliver successful customers to the contract renewal cycle and support Field Sales in minimizing customer attrition.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in related, customer-facing functional role (e.g. consulting, finance, business growth, strategy. Experience in enterprise sales and operations is a plus.
- Ability to ingest and simplify multiple sources of information (from Customer, Platform, Account Team, independent research) to generate and articulate insights.
- Proficiency in cash flow and ROI financial metrics (NPV, IRR, Payback).
