Quality Assurance Engineer Responsibilities

• Design and implement a reusable approach to BTP Test Automation and the associated blirg framework.
Coach and mentor others on the adoption of BTP Test Automation technologies and techniques.
• Analyze and understand BTP Testing Procedures and Requirements.
• Develop and execute BTP Test Cases, Test Automation, and Automation Scripts.
• Develop test plans and write automation test cases whenever needed.
• Regularly revisit BTP test cases and strategy to incorporate the latest product functionality.
• Report on BTP testing status and results.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the use and troubleshooting.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Test Automation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud platform testing.
• Knowledge of Software Testing, Programming Languages, and Quality Assurance Principles.
• Proven experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP – Experience creating grass‑roots test cases.
• Experience working with BTP directly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Customer relationship management experience.
• Experience working in an agile Dev Ops environment иск.
• Hands‑on experience with Selenium Web Driver, Selenium with Java, BDD.
• Experience with tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and other Dev Ops tools.
• Good experience building, maintaining, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, document, and conduct follow‑ups on bugs and quality issues.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
