• Define and deliver core capabilities within the employer's AI Control product to ensure secure and compliant AI usage
• Drive the evolution of AI governance, focusing on security, privacy, monitoring, and automated workflows
• Collaborate with engineering, design, security, data governance, and AI/ML teams to create a unified platform experience
• Shape industry standards by engaging with partners and standards bodies in AI governance
• Monitor and oversee AI interactions, ensuring compliance and safety across all AI agents and models

• Minimum 9 years of product management experience in complex enterprise or platform products
• Strong understanding of AI-specific security, privacy, and governance risks
• Experience in integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or automation
• Deep background in data security, including encryption and data access policies
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Familiarity with interoperability patterns and orchestrated agent workflows
• Experience shaping AI user experiences and managing access controls
• Background in SaaS or developer-oriented environments
• Strong customer empathy and curiosity for translating problems into product direction
• Proven ability to prioritize high-impact outcomes in fast-moving AI environments
