• Lead and manage communication system upgrade projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Coordinate project teams and oversee project phases, ensuring effective resource allocation
• Develop and track project plans, budgets, and deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve project-related issues while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Support project close-out and drive continuous improvement in project management practices

• High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, Finance, IT, Management, or Technology
• Minimum of 3 years of Project Management, Program Management, or Business Analyst experience
• Strong knowledge of Motorola Solutions Astro 25 Public Safety systems
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications

• PMP certification or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• Experience with public safety communications systems, military communications, or IT networks
• Familiarity with CPQ and Salesforce
• Understanding of two‑way radio infrastructure communications products and services
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
