• Lead discovery workshops to identify and address customer challenges
• Design and deliver customized demonstrations of AI‑powered experiences
• Build and configure comprehensive demo flows showcasing automation and insights
• Translate customer pain points into tailored experience journeys
• Advise clients on best practices for AI adoption, privacy, and governance

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Presactivities, or UX‑driven Technical Consulting within enterprise SaaS
• Experience with Service Now or similar enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday)
• Strong knowledge of integrating AI into work processes and decision‑making
• Experience working with the Manufacturing industry is preferred
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills

• Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or Conversational UX design
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and App Engine Studio
• Familiarity with workflow automation and ITSM/CSM/HRSD processes
