• Maintain the lifecycle of software applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory directives
• Collaborate with business and IT application owners to onboard applications into the employer's environment
• Conduct regular health checks of the application inventory and maintain necessary documentation
• Provide project  support to compliance and audit teams, tracking activities and providing updates
• Liaise with external application vendor contacts to ensure application compliance

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT
• Experience with IT operations and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
• Strong communication skillsstrconv.
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment

• Experience in software application lifecycle management
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance industry
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
