• Design, build, and maintain executive-ready dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in tools like Power BI and Tableau
• Execute complex data queries across multiple sources, including Salesforce and data lakes, to integrate enablement activity data with sales performance data
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Sales Enablement reporting in Salesforce, optimizing custom report types and dashboards
• Analyze enablement, content, and program data to identify trends and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Present data-driven insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences to support decisions and strategy

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to frame ambiguous business questions and structure analysis
• Proven experience with data visualization and AI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for building and optimizing executive-level reporting
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting, including custom report types and dashboard creation
• Familiarity with Sales Enablement tools and systems, connecting their data to sales performance outcomes
• Experience querying and integrating data from various sources, including data lakes like Snowflake or Google Big Query

• Expertise in defining and reporting on core Enablement metrics, driving actionable insights
• Ability to communicate complex analyses effectively through presentations and data visualizations
• Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment, managing multiple reporting requests
