Subcontracts Program Manager; Remote

• Lead subcontracting efforts, including proposal review and evaluation of proposals
• Act as a business advisor to internal customers, providing market knowledge and supply chain solutions
• Plan and lead negotiations with suppliers, preparing and negotiating contractual documents
• Manage contract performance and lead status updates with internal stakeholders
• Develop and manage subcontract plans for assigned major programs, optimizing costs and ensuring supplier performance

• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontract projects using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology
• Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures, including Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
• Demonstrated experience in Risk Management
• Familiarity with the FAR & DFAR

• Experience with product lifecycle value stream
• Previous experience in Government Subcontracting
• Background in Program Management
• Experience with in Supply Chain
