- Assist the national Risk Practice Leader and support various projects related to the Cyber Risk Practice
- Maintain and support content in SharePoint and coordinate communications for Cyber team members
- Plan and organize internal meetings, including logistics for events and virtual meetings
- Provide administrative support to Insurance, Cybersecurity, Risk Intelligence, and Incident Management teams
- Track deliverables, timelines, and progress for ongoing cyber initiatives and projects
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience in the insurance industry)
- Strong Microsoft skills, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Power Point
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments with a focus on client satisfaction
- Experience working in Smartsheet for collaboration and project management
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for professional content and presentations
- Basic knowledge of cyber insurance
