What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, development, and launch of software products, covering requirements gathering, strategy creation, and user experience analysis
- Identify impactful opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and marketers, to build innovative products
- Conduct research and usability testing to empathize with users and improve product offerings
- Develop strategies to retain clients and implement solutions for accelerated growth

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing API products, preferably within the fintech industry
- Proven experience in developing backend/platform technology that powers APIs
- Strong understanding of the full software and product development lifecycle, with 8+ years of experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Experience with FDX/Open Banking is advantageous
- Background in Fintech or banking is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to create impactful products that influence business metrics
- A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
