Epic Systems Analyst - Ambulatory and Link

• Configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory and Link Epic applications
• Conduct business/systems analysis, requirements definition, and documentation
• Perform workflow analysis and evaluate user experience to enhance application functionality
• Provide guidance and support to end-users, resolving system issues effectively
• Manage assigned tasks and projects independently, updating stakeholders on progress

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles
• Experience with critical thinking in a technical context
