A leading staffing agency is seeking an Amazon Connect Developer for a remote position. This role involves the end-to-end development of AWS Connect contact center solutions, including IVR flow configuration and AI integration. Ideal candidates will have expertise in AWS services, particularly AWS Connect, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Travel to Washington D.C. and Kentucky may be required.
